Go to the Profile tab, tap Ravelry, and sign in to your Ravelry account. Once connected, you can import your library, favorites, and queue directly into HoneyLoop.
Yes! HoneyLoop works fully offline with no account required. All your data is stored locally on your device. An account is only needed if you want to sync your data across multiple devices.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find HoneyLoop, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all cloud-synced data. You can also email us at support@honeyloop.app and we'll handle it within 7 days.
Yes. HoneyLoop is designed offline-first. All your projects, patterns, yarn stash, counters, and session data are stored locally on your device. You don't need an internet connection to use the app.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Then open HoneyLoop, go to the Premium screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
